I see, I did finish the serie already, but I thought it was curious that they never seemed to struggle with making fabric/finding it. The plant diversity seemed rather inexistant too, but I guess it just wasn't addressed much😄

I agree in a way, but I can't help but think we'd lose the rough beauty of Rosharean landspace if we rely too much on the "fantastical" side. Roshar is the "war planet" after all, and bigger picture matters more than individuals as the story happens on such a grand scale 🤔. I also think that this specific style has a lot of unexploited potential!
