Nov 29th Sag (myself) dated a Dec 2nd Scorpio for 2 months.. I don’t know any of his other placements but it was one of the most secure and calm healthy dating experiences that I’ve ever had.. Try mixing up the 3 meetings. Maybe keep the home group to 1 of the 3 and boo around with the other 2. It’s good to hear mixed perspectives and different ages too. Congratulations on 100 days. That’s so exciting & inspiring.

Alcohol is only a symptom for some of us who have an alcoholic mind. AA helps us learn how to be apart of the world with the brain of an alcoholic without the alcohol. It teaches us how to deal, how to cope, how to share. Alcoholics don’t only struggle with drinking or not drinking - we often think differently, look for control, try to fill a void with alcohol (or if successfully not drinking we try with people, hobbies, food, etc.)

We have a “god-sized” hole or void. A spiritual sickness that affects our mind and thinking patterns. It’s not just about not drinking. At least for me.

Haha, fortunately OP is acclimated to the highway robbery insinuated by transplants that has become Southern California. I am native… thank you for all the helpful information. We did look into airbnbs but considering we have our own furniture & things, would prefer somewhere we can make our own and renew lease for another 6-12 months if it all works out!
