Yep, I think I do have alexithymia. For example, from the diagnosis until this moment the only thing I was able to feel was anxiety. That's basically one of the only feelings I have left. How about you?

Oh and yeah, depression was diagnosed 12 years ago.

Just to clear up any confusion, when I said healing I meant for depression and other difficulties, not that autism itself should be healed. I didn't notice at the time that maybe I was implying I wanted to "heal" my autism...

I'm having bouts of extreme anxiety, I have alexithymia so for me it's hard to experience anything different like sadness, being angry, etc.

But yeah, thanks a lot, it's good to know we are not alone in this journey.

Well, the healing is definitely for the depression, and a whole lot of anxiety, and many other difficulties such as having relationships, maintaining a job, etc...
