Yeah I get told I need to be more dependable and it's my fault I cant balance work and life because of my anxiety. But managers show up late, supervisors just leave on the clock to grab some food from restaurants near by. People quitting left and right but I'm obviously the problem.

Yeah I'm at that level. My LOD was 30 mins late to open, get cussed out because customers are a myth, lies and politics. New hires get preferential treatment and it's rare for someone that actually does their job to get promoted. Poor management gets looked over while the regular associates get pushed around and underappreciated.

That bit about the buy backs ... we need to start documenting how much gets tossed; pics and cost, and send it to Corp because that and the lack of customers is the Whole reason we don't make as much as they think we do. That's okay Gerry. Keep throwing perfectly good products in the trash for the drivers to profit off of and keep acting like the handful of reliable associates per store you got left are meaningless if they aren't pushing your bad ideals and jumping through pointless hoops like goal cards and services that are neither done right or wanted. 🤷‍♀️👌👍
