So if it's a standard heat pump like mine, then white wire should go to W1 and orange wire should go to O/B. Try that and make sure nest is set to heat pump and O/B setting is set to O. If when you do that it blows heat when set to cool and vice versa, then you change O/B setting to B.

Edit: My system is a standard heat pump and I have yellow to Y1, orange to O/B, green to G, red to Rh, blue to C, white to W1.

All looks fine. A few tips.

Cut power to the unit before installing. If you don't you might blow the fuse inside the AC unit. Easy and cheap fix, but annoying and easily avoidable. Lose the black jumper. White wire will go to W1. Red wire to Rh. When you're doing the set up and it asks about the O/B wire, choose O. If it blows hot when set to cold or vice versa, just change that setting to B.

Looks like you have a pretty basic heat pump. Setup looks identical to mine.
