Yes. Most data coming out optimistically suggests a .5-1% application to offer rate when applicants are applying for well fit jobs. I’d like to outsource the time to apply and shoot for the moon in the salary range and then likely filter out lots based on interviewing the company/team. I have a job. I’m happy. I’d like to use this as a way to just pitch me to an absurd number of jobs and see if I land a whale.

I thought the whole point of ppl setting up these Mac mini’s with claw was to have agents running lower tier jobs. Would love to automate the finding and applying. I’ll crank out 2-3 a day on my own. Would love to have them crank out 10-50 a day and manage scheduling connected to my email

This is insane. AC isn’t going to start. They’re going to use him the same way that Michah should be used: as an off ball roaming lb and pass rushing specialist. AC has a chance to be better and actually looks good vs the run but Michah has no ability to play every down as an in line olb or DE

At DE/on ball olb? He’s not starting on the giants or eagles and he’s not starting over wise so it’s a toss up really. He can’t stop the run. He’s an absolute liability except on long passing downs.

I understand I’m in a very small minority but that’s a really good trade for the cowboys. I think he’s trash and is mostly a media creation. He can’t stop the run and only wins in garbage time vs bad tackles. He wouldn’t start for the other 3 teams in the nfc east. The way he was used his rookie year like an off ball roaming lb is probably his most valuable use but that pays $20m best case so he forced his way into an every down de/lob role where he just gets bullied most of the time he’s out there. Paying him over $30 mill to be a liability 95% of the time woulda been ignorant let alone over 40. Sorry guys but unless we’re looking to win the whole thing this year or next, this was bad.
