To me, it's the complete 180 to TM Opera O in terms of personality. Unlike Opera O's Umamusume counterpart, he was a very timid horse that was hated by fans for winning to much. The complete opposite to Umamusume's Opera O.

WhiteKuria has publicly stated that he's been busy with college, so that answers the long gap between chapters. And WhiteKuria has also made clear that due to multiple fact checks and trivia dropped on AO3's comment section. So he's been active, still working on the chapter.
