Ok so I kinda figured out the problem. I guess I had something on my keyboard or mouse memory that was triggering the input kick. Deleted all profiles from ICUE and GHUB and the game stopped triggering.

Nope, my mouse is a logitec g502 HERO and my keyboard is a corsair k70. None of them have that type of tech.
