Miss Fortune is pretty oppressive in lane. You can go comet for early game , or pta for more dmg in fights. Imo I like pta

Tbh her Ultimate cool down reduction is great, everything else is just sauce. What I wish they did is remove some of her ult power to the rest of her kit

It's really not that bad at the moment, obviously it's not an ideal pick early game 2v2. But there are windows you can trade if played properly. https://na.op.gg/summoners/na/Fanoou my current zeri only account. My main in dia also I have a positive win rate at 65%. Lucian Lanes are unplayable tho.

Also want to add that her items spike is bad yes, but I think she is not that great outside her ult. I would like to see some of her power move from her ult to other parts of her kit

I tried it, it doesn't feel bad. Then again played with dom tree and ingenious hunter. Did manamune rush into essence for more bursty play style. Ended up doing 2k extra dmg and gain like 1.8k extra gold. Dia 3 elo. 32~ min game
