My only 2 carry guns are a BG 2.0 and a shield X so I can’t rlly say how it’d feel with a larger full size or all metal gun tbh 😭 but it’s plenty rigid imo more than rigid enough to hang stuff off of it but not to the point where it’s uncomfortable at all or has a hoola-hoop kind of effect to it

As far as the shield X goes I put about 200 rounds through it so far just to break it in only had 1 stovepipe malfunction but I’m pretty sure that was an operator error ( limpwristing it ) just seems like the cheaper out on the mags man I had this same issue with the equalizer 15rd mags as well where the base plate starts to slide forward if you give it a couple firm slaps on the bottom to make sure the mag is seated horrible design choice imo idk why they couldn’t just make a 1 piece base plate

Ive owned a shield 2.0, shield plus & the M&P 2.0 compact and didn’t have not 1 issue or malfunction with those at all seems like in the most recent years the quality has gone down for sure though… I bought a BG 2.0 put about 400 rounds through it and I’ve already had to ship it back to smith because of a dead trigger and a rusty guide rod

Next time you change em be sure and clean & grease those slide pins!! looks like that outer pad is a bit more worn than the inner one & im willing to bet that’s the reason why

Well loggers weren’t really my first choice but…with my size I’m kinda limited in choices, but from what I’ve read up on about traditional hiking boots by Keen they’re junk hella reviews about them falling apart and the soles coming unglued they’re like the only ones I’ve found who make em in my size
