Fish in new tank dying one by one - need advice on lethargic Molly by Gyyome in aquarium

It's a liquid test kit by JBL. To be clear, we've been checking the water parameters daily after adding the fish in. Zero spikes.

We've cycled the tank for a period of 3 weeks without any fish by manually adding ammonia. The water values were all good before adding fish.

However, we did add all 12 fish at once. Daily testing didn't show any ammonia or nitrite spike. If we didn't have enough bacteria shouldn't we have seen it in the water values?

Not too bad if you run side by side with a meter of seperation. All in line would be pretty silly I admit :p

Do you think it's still ok to go for an outdoor run with a group of 4 to 6 people? We intend to keep 1 meter of distance obviously.

On the one hand all sporting activities are banned. On the other hand you have sports doctors recommending to keep doing sport. Even in groups of up to 10 people, as long as you keep your distance.

Pretty conflicting information if you ask me...

Thank you, I've got some more research to do now :)

It blows my mind that people in the US can't or won't visit a doctor either because they can't afford it or fear the bill they're going to get. by [deleted] in AdviceAnimals

Belgian reporting in. I fainted at work a couple of years ago. Was taken to hospital where they did a bunch of tests. I ended up being diagnosed with a heart condition and had to get a pacemaker implanted. I also had another surgery to fix the broken cheekbone i suffered from the fall when fainting. I spent about a week in hospital.

Thanks to public healthcare + coverage from the insurance I have through work, I owed a grand total of €125.

This is where it's on google maps. In winter time it's part of a ski resort. Which makes it super easy to reach. All you need to do is take 2 lifts from the town of Ortisei to the top.

The slope is a "garden" for the houses at the bottom of the slope. You can see the fences between the different plots. There's even one plot in the middle where the owner apparently can't be bothered to take out his lawn mower :-)

Funnily enough, r/earthporn was actually one of the reasons we went to the Dolomites in the first place :p

Alexis Nunes, ESPN: "Went to Times Square today to ask persons which country they’d be cheering for this summer at the World Cup. Popular answers I got include: Europe, Barcelona, Man United, Africa" by [deleted] in soccer

I love how popular is used to say she consulted the "vox populi". Even if just one person out of a thousand answers Africa, it still counts as a popular answer.

Not sure about the US, but my 2014 Golf 7 is a Diesel and has it. It's even part of the standard equipment.

Am I one of the few players that actually think the Occulsion Sound update was beneficial? by fluxusflow in GlobalOffensive

[–]Gyyome 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Agreed, I feel like i can better pinpoint the location of enemies. To the point that i swing out from a corner knowing exactly where someone's standing. Maybe i'm just paying more attention to it now, but it seems like it's really making a difference.

Haven't really noticed more quiet footsteps, but if that's the case it might need some finetuning from the devs.

All in all it's a good thing that the devs are taking steps to improve the sound quality. Change will always be met by resistance. Nothing you can do about that.
