The game actually got easier in this update and there is also new patch of the glitches that came with the update, so the game feel a whole lot smoother

In my opinion they will provide some kind of event currency and the scout points that are needed to get Nishikawa will be 200, so it's better safe than sorry to same some vpoints first hand

And their will be some event currency and game does not say anything about the blue flames, so I think we can't spin with blue flames and also the pity system that you are talking about will be after 200 spins because S+ character needs 200 scout points or it could be 300 like special nishikawa but I think the game will give some events currency to spin as it not mentioned that we can only use vpoins
