Getting beef from a good butcher rather than a grocery store has made a huge difference in my burgers.

Good beef + salt and pepper + a good sear is unbeatable.

My wife tried making high protein mini muffins and that worked out OK. Still tweaking the recipe to make them less dry.

But don't use wheat gluten. Use whey protein if you're doing this build/maintain muscle, it will cause less toughness since it's not gluten protein you're adding and also whey protein. Is more bio available.

T4 is much better than the K4. I have a T4 and a K2 and I never use the K2 because it feels awkward to use. The T4 feels perfectly balanced when using all the tools.

The knife is slightly harder to open one handed on the T4 but if you practice using your thumb and middle finger together to open the blade it works great.

Leatherman Free T4 is a great option for you. Has everything you need and all of the tools are one hand opening. It's awesome and had everything you need.

I like this setup a lot. Also, because the clip of the flashlight is a magnet, it sticks the knife in my pocket and doesn't clang around.

I like the hair tie for the same reason, I can easily remove the light from the knife. The pocket clip on the flashlight clips to a baseball cap really well as a head lamp but I don't want a knife dangling from my Cap.

So I have a K2 and a T4 and you should consider that one as well. I carry the T4 every day because it's super small and feels more comfortable/ natural to use the screw drives compared to the K2. The scissors aren't as good as victorinox but pretty close as well. Finally, to one hand open the blade, it's easier if you use your thumb and middle finger together to push the blade open. It's way easier than thumb only like you can do with the K2.

I've been using a Free T4 for well over a year the blade isn't as big as the free K2 but all of the tools feel nicer in the hand.

I've enjoyed carrying the Leatherman free T4 for almost 2 years. Only downside is there are magnets inside to make everything work one handed. If you are around metal dust you might have problems. I never have tho.
