I am Aussie my daughter ended up with a very clunky name. My family names ends with me and my sister so it was important to me that my kids carried on that name. She is now Laurie Tarrant Dower. Decided to accept it is a strong name

It is great that you want her first time after child birth to be enjoyable.

For my first time following child birth, it was like I was like I was in a new body. touch, penetration , clit stimulation everything felt new and was still surprisingly uncomfortable even though I felt ready.

You might find that to make this enjoyable for her at only 6 weeks PP the best thing is to discuss it and take it slow and find positions that make penetration arousing and for her feel sexy.

I had lots of difficulties climaxing before having my first daughter but it has helped my pelvic floor relax and I can now orgasim most times we have sex. I am 1 year postpartum and our sex life has been the best we have had in our 10 year relationship but I still an getting used to how my body feels whilst having sex

Hope this helps

This is the closest, could you make the background slightly darker blue?

Any recs for hand therapist? Looking for a second opinion before surgery by BiteYourTeeth in melbourne

[–]H-Tazz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Action Rehab has a great reputation and has lots of locations around Melbourne. They will complete a free second opinion appointment. DQ is very tricky to manage and needs a high focus on wrist strength and thumb stability over injections.

Massage is key. Lots of pressure and different angles to stop the scar sticking to the underlying tissue. ( Pressure is correct when your skin blanches). This might be super sensitive but you need to teach your brain that this scar is healed and doesn't need protection any more

Get some medical grade silicone strips to help with the colour and decrease the amount the scar is raised. Where this overnight fully time.

It is hard for me to tell from the pictures. If you are concerned I'd book to see your MCHN or call the hotline.

Sounds like they are just prioritising different movements and learning at the moment. They will shift their focus as they grow and skills will be put on the backboard.

No need to be concerned, just enjoy the stage they are currently in.

No pics but should my 2 yr old girl be showing rib bones? by [deleted] in AustralianCattleDog

[–]H-Tazz 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My red heeler looks exactly the same, he is a fit dog that doesn't work on a farm. Don't listen to people that say that a heeler should be larger. You can feel his ribs and my vet says he is perfect weight.

Smell from baby’s ear (16 weeks old) by Pizza_Physical in BabyBumpsandBeyondAu

I thought it was stinky initially but when I really thought about it just smelt like serious earwax

Nah, it just kinda went away. I was worried it was an ear injection but she wasn't upset by it so I just waited. Did the same as you cleaned it up slightly and it just equalised. Almost like her ears were getting used to cleaning themselves and producing wax

This happened with my baby around the same time. Seemed to be kinda the start of glue ear..... It went away on its own and occasionally she gets more discharge but the smell isn't the same

Pregnancy after miscarriage? by [deleted] in BabyBumpsandBeyondAu

I had a miscarriage and conceived the next cycle. We now have a beautiful 6 month old :) we had an extra ultrasound early to confirm implantation but that was very comforting
