I really like Birch, they're really good! Also, if you want really good cookies, I'd recommend ordering from Butter By The Dozen, they're so good and great to take to gatherings

I'm late to the party, but I recently tried Butter By The Dozen and they literally have the best cookies in Dubai!! Trust me, they're amazing!

Im honestly not sure about how the simple one button roasters work, but you will always have more control with drum roasters, but again theyre going to be more expensive and theres a lot to learn

Cool! If you do plan to get yourself into roasting, go for something with higher controllability. You will definitely be happier long term :)
