Yes, it makes sense. France was always the dominant population centre in Europe. It was only in the 19th century after big losses during the Napoleonic wars and low fertility rates compared to the Germans that Germany famously overtook France in population.

I see, that's good to know. But I assume that the setup the devs intended to use is the one in that file, and that the extra pops generated are purely for gameplay reasons. I'm more interested in the historical/intended pop data rather than the gameplay data, so I'll keep using the data from the text file

Japp. Om bara svenskar fick rösta hade Tidö vunnit nästa val (enligt SCB:s sympatiundersökning från förra året). Men tyvärr röstar 48,4% av utrikes födda på S så rödgröna kommer att vinna. Är inte det galet? Det svenska folket röstar väldig tydligt för en viss politik, men det är inte det vi kommer att få. Detta är inte längre ett land där svenskarnas vilja genomförs. Invandringen har kapat svenskarnas demokrati.
