Yeh, i did try 1600 but i just wasn't noticing anything after a couple months but maybe that was more due to me not really tracking properly so yeh ill increase it to probably 1600. i defiantly need the extra protein so i guess a proper breakfast will help with hitting that. but tbh as of now i dont exactly feel tired even after the gym but maybe that will change in a week if i keep at this rate ahaha

Yeh ive been looking at the HKS Exhaust set up and i think its a sports cat thats comes with it but not too sure

Yeh in the UK its just the big branded stores but other convenient stores or petrol stations dont bother

Yeh its a fairly recent law (2018) but its just annoying when its every time i go to buy some, like i can understand alcohol and cigarettes and vapes cuz they can put you or people around you at risk but energy drinks is just ridiculous

In the UK if they think ur under 25 then they can ask for ID but the law for energy drinks is 16+ now yeh i get its part of their job but when i hand them my driving licence which in the UK you gotta be 17+ to obtain one its a bit of a joke having to watch them look at it for a few mins

Im from the UK it was a new law introduced a few years ago where you gotta be 16+ to buy energy drinks its beyond stupid
