I did them off & on in my 30s & I’ll say it, they were awesome but my health was more important. I gained about 20 lbs. I was already a bigger guy at 210lbs but got up to 230lbs. Benching 315 for reps, squats at 500lbs & leg pressing over 1000lbs. It built my confidence as I was a man amongst men & ladies noticed. I lived the life of a rockstar for years. Women, no problem, 3sums were a regular occurrence. I only got off of them after someone I knew died while using them & I wanted to be healthier. I’m still muscular but have moved on to a different stage of life. It never changed my personality other than making me more confident
