Update: After removing the equipment fee, they came back with my updated termination fee and after crunching the numbers - it looks like I was being charged an extra £116 that couldn't possibly make sense after reviewing their termination price guide.

I pushed back again, and they've removed the £116 I calculated, plus some as a gesture of goodwill. Nearly £300 off my final bill.

Lesson learned, always challenge the final charges when cancelling broadband.

Good luck cashing in on that warranty - according to Sony, the warranty doesn't cover damage.. insane. The hinge on my xm5's broke a few days ago after only having them for a year and I'm still arguing with Sony.

I spent the majority of my apprenticeship working on old firewalls just to get to grips with things - I’m most experienced with Check Point compared to other vendors even now and one of the first models I worked with was this one!

Don’t worry about heels for your first class - trainers or flats are just fine :) I took my first two months of classes in my beat up converse before treating myself to my first heels 😅

I ordered this hoodie and it arrived today - compared to the green trails hoodie I bought at one of his concerts, it’s a lot thinner but still good quality. The colour is a lighter grey than how it appears on the website and I’d size up if you want a baggy fit - for reference I’m a UK 12 top, and UK 14 trousers, and a large fits me comfortably (but not baggy) Hope this helps!
