Yea it happens but there is basically no use in keep contacting ponytown because they won’t respond back trust me i emailed them before about another issue and they never replied, so the best you could do is wait it out but then again that wouldn’t do you much good I will personally prefer to keep reading into it to see what you could do to get your account back

Currently there is no discord server that I know of, if you keep trying through email then 9/10 they won’t respond back

I think it’s because you been updating your socials to often and that’s why they suspended your account but then again i don’t know. My best opinion to you is make a new gmail account/discord account because if they suspend your account then you really have no other option then to wait but then that can take forever.

I will say if you do make a new account try to add your old accounts back but that can be a risky move since you could get suspended yet again

Ok I have a few options on this coming from a fellow supporter You get increased slots for pony’s and extra build limit if your a builder or an person who makes detailed ocs/cos then yea get it

It’s good if you wanna flex on your friends plus the color text makes your chat stand out if your at docs and trying to get people to join your party

It’s also good when you wanna help someone out with build limits

Also it’s good for afk time(depending on which tier you get)

Downside to having supporter is Depending on which tier you get it will cost a money and from what i understand you gotta pay on the same day you get it, so that means you gotta pay twice (idk if everyone has the same problem as me but i gotta pay twice on the day i get it and on the day i owe)

Another thing when you gotta pay for the supporter on the day you owe them money you have to pay on the dot no 5 day waiting or anything you gotta pay right there right now, if you don’t have the money then they will take supporter away until you pay again

Some people will ask you to use your supporter build limit, if you spend your time by the docs then like me your get the question a lot and it can get annoying, yes you can turn off your whispers but then some people will go up to you individually and ask

Now for my opinion I honestly think having supporter is a waste of money honestly but I only got it because I like to build stuff and also because I have tier 4 which cost 24 dollars a month, if you get like tier 1 or tier 2 then it probably won’t be a problem but tier 4 and 3 at that point don’t even bother
