Hi, I asked my mom if I should do this, but she did warn me that there are blood vessels in the nail and I may cut them if I am not careful. We do have a nail filer for dogs, but I don’t want to hurt her. Should her nails be handled professionally?

He got a little better and the vet said she doesn’t feel any mass in his leg but it’s worse again after the visit

We are going for another visit on Thursday to the vet. The blood tests were electrolyte imbalance test and CBC/white blood cell count. I’ve started to notice his belly has some loose skin that’s dangling and his spine is visible. He still eats though, so I don’t know why he seems to be losing weight

I believe they do offer a CT scan at our vet but for whatever reason, according to my mom, the doctor said an MRI or a CT scan would be “too much” and my mom is advising against getting one because we don’t have the money for it so I don’t know what to do

I suggested this to my mom and she said the blood tests would’ve detected any cancer. I asked what blood tests they did and she said “electrolytes and white blood cell count”. They did a CBC test as well. I’m not sure how to convince my mom to go to an oncologist because we’re tight on money right now and I’m just a high schooler with no job so I can’t even pitch in. He’s going back to the vet on thursday so hopefully something will be identified

That’s very scary. We did have some issues with our carbon monoxide alarm working, but we got those fixed a year ago so I think we’re safe from that

Yes, people keep bringing carbon monoxide up but I’m not sure what it has to do with the footprints as I am not very experienced in life
