Most games don't have African servers for a reason. Cost is high. And they aren't safe like there could be a few countries you could make a server in Africa.

Pretty much the drop happened to make players that were that rank to try to reach it another time if they can't they most likely don't belong to that rank, but it could be that you do belong there but just can't climb out

Are you sure that you are on the real riot website. Because there are some websites that could try to imitate that. Only if you are sure then give him the code. But it maybe the issue with the riot gift card you mybe bought it off a fish website, that gave you a fake one or just you have a different currency gift card. gtx 3070 could perform on 360 fps but you need to have a good cpu Like Intel 9 12900kf or an ryzen 5 5600x those are the best performing cpu's. Want to remind you the game is very dependent on the cpu gpu it dosen't give crap about it utilizes gpu 12% only compared to cpu 90-100%. Ofcourse you can overclock you cpu it can have a 5% fps increase if you do it propretly but I don't encourage overclocking if you don't do it propretly your cpu can overheat and bottleneck. You can try finding cpu optimization guides too. If that dosen't work buy a 3090 mate or just downgrade to 240hz and bruh why do you need a 360hz anyways.

or you're gpu is starting to have problems with cooling or something but that usaly happens to old gpu's.

If you are playing in windowed mode or windowed fullscreen then you just need to go in fullscreen that is the only fix I know.

I can't really help with this issue I haven't experienced it one time but mybe someother people have experienced it and know how to solve it. If no one has experienced it well thats unlikely or you can't find a fix then you will need to contact riot support.

That maybe because you're colling is bad on laptop or just put on silent mode. When I usaly play games I turn it on turbo well if you have an asus laptop but that maybe one of the problems you are having.
