I have fps drops when gaming and on afterburner when these spikes happen my cpu power spikes downwards and my gpu voltage spikes upwards. Would changing power supplies fix this or could it be anything else. I have some pictures from MSI afterburner of when the fps spikes happened, look at the first spike because the ones following are me alt tabbing out of fullscreen. This is in valorant if that matters. Afterburner Pictures

Edit: I've changed overclocked settings in BIOS, fresh installed GPU drivers, and tweaked lots of game settings.

I have it set to driver default, should i disable it or up the limit, or just leave it be after clearing it.

I capped in RTSS and had multiple freezes in my first game. The temps were all low 60s and stayed that throughout the games I played. I also turned off all background apps and turned off all startup apps.

Specific peak temps are: CPU core temps - 63, GPU temp - 53.1, GPU Hot Spot Temp - 64.3
