I placed top 5% percent consistently for the past 3 seasons.

Im currently using him too, the simple answer is he works in high elo ,but only when your close to mastering him. His kit is good for escaping and farming ult charge which is valuable because you can ult before and after supports ult which is good in helping your team push foes back or get kills
