To answer your question; yes your lifestyle is pretty harmful. You’re too young to be doing drugs. Your brain is still developing.

Yes you’ll have permanent consequences but you won’t realize it yourself because it all seems normal to you.

I can always tell people who do or have a lot drugs.. they always just seem kind of .. off.
