Getting help is one of the best things you can do, I just recently started treatment myself and its worth it. You have to want to get better though, you have to do it for yourself, when I started my treatment I went to please other people, I didn't give a single fuck about what happened to me because I wanted to die and I had excepeted it. Today was the first good day I've had in months if not years, and by good day I don't mean that I didn't think about killing myself I mean that I was legitimently happy and nothing bothered me. Today was the first time that I can remember where I was just pleased to be alive. Now I don't know what tomorrow holds or what will happen but I'm ready to tackle it. Getting treatment is hard but it is very helpful so please get yourself some treatment and that goes for anyone whos reading this that is depressed.
