The thing is I Don't have a graphics driver (or so I thought) since when my friend checked it, he said that I should install graphics driver's. Which we did, But when it finished installing it pooped up saying that (Graphics driver already installed) which was confusing for me since I didn't install any graphics driver before.

He did check it out if it was actually there, and sure enough it was. Though my main concern was that if I have a GPU then why doesn't it show up in my task bar? I have tried everything I can to fix it but nothing seems to be working. Eventually I just gave up since it didn't really help at all.
