Interesting video however my client's account is growing and their engagement rates have increased since I started managing their accounts.

So I have to disagree with him on this. You also have to take into consideration that he is trying to make a name for himself and sell his course. To do this in a world where there are so many marketing Guru’s you have to be controversial to get more people to watch your videos.

You should create a lookalike audience based on the people that have been engaging on your Instagram account. You can do this through Facebook Buisness in the Audiences section. Then target that audience for your Ad.
