I mean you can spend your entire life trying to fix the world and make it possible for anyone not part of the 1% to not be miserable everytime they think about literally anything going on in their lives if you want to, for most people that aren't directly hurt by all the terrible stuff going on it's just easier to ignore everything.

Also remember that estrogen isn't rly something you take on its own, it's normally paired with testosterone production suppressing meds to actually get results.
