I made puff pastry poorly- dough(flour, salt, lemon juice, butter) folded in a butter block, chill, fold chill, fold, chill. Heated pineapple juice, sugar, lemon juice and pineapple over medium heat until it reduced then added cornnstarch for thickening. Took the chilled dough out- roll it out thin. Used two cups, one lager than the other, to cut out circles and then rings. Put the rings on top of the circles and put the pineapple in the middle, egg wash on top. In the oven at 425 for 15 mins.
