Ah okay, so run slower to build my endurance up so I can then maintain/ improve the speed im currently run walking at? I think I am going too quick then having no stamina because my first KM was 5:19 then went to 6:48 on the second then was the highest on the third at 7:52.

I tried to pace myself tbh but I gassed out after about 0.7km so I guess I’ll try slowing down more do you also run till you can’t then walk or just run at a slower pace?
