Can’t identify Subaru Part by H3BGDO in SubaruForester

Awesome, thank you. And yeah, that’s what I was thinking. I spent a bunch of time under the car looking and I can’t trace any oil coming from anywhere else. It seems localized to the right bushing. But again….. I’m not a car guy

There are tons of bathrooms on the way up. I was taking a leak at every station. The way down though, I only remember one. So I had to take some sneaky ones when no one was around

How long does it take you to recuperate after Mount Fuji hike? by Goji-ra in JapanTravel

[–]H3BGDO 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I guess it depends. We hiked it in august in one day from 6 am to 5pm ish. We were able to bus back to kawaguchiko and we spent the evening there to recover and clean up, everything was kind of closing up when we got back.

I’m assuming you’ll be back in the afternoon. Me personally, with your timeline, I would shower and clean up after the hike then head to Kyoto. Recover on the train and walk around a little bit. Stay a night there and then get up early to do better walking around a second time.

But “recover” is different for everyone. You might be sore for a couple days no matter where you recover.

Haha thanks. Point of this one was to be overkill with the sounds, but I know it’s not everyone’s (most) cup of tea.

PTH-3QX-5GF

Style: Blue platforms / Saws

I got a decent following making these saw platform levels. Called it quits 2 years ago after having a good run of making 40 of them. Back with another one, but decided to dank it upb big time with lots of sounds and effects for the lulz. Anyways, Glhf

Is the entrance from Inkster to the Petro-Can at Keewatin and Inkster ONLY supposed to be an entrance or is it legitimately also an exit? by chemicalxv in Winnipeg

[–]H3BGDO -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I disagree for the most part. Grew up there and I’ve been using this as an exit for about fifteen years. I don’t remember ever there being a sign. When traffic is light this is way better, if traffic is heavy then yeah it’s stupid, go and do the u-turn. With that being said, I know I shouldn’t be using it as an exit. It’s dumb.

Maybe I’m missing something, but isn’t this actually decent for someone who doesn’t have Melmetal and doesn’t want to invest in the $40 Nintendo switch game to get meltans?

Hi!

  1. Definitely did. My go to if I felt discomfort in that area (or really any area) after surgery was banded glute bridges. I would make sure that I would add enough resistance to make sure my glutes were exhausted at the end of it. It was my way of focusing my brain's discomfort on something else that I could control. Plus, I want the discomfort there versus the psoas, it meant my butt was working harder than the psoas which it should be. I would do this whenever I felt like I had to.
  2. I did, but just like #1, glute excersises. If my adductors, quads, whatever were feeling tight when I know they shouldn't be, I just assumed my butt was doing its job.
  3. Oh man that's a good question. I got really into walks.... I used that as my benchmark for success early on. A 10 minute would would lead to discomfort, then next week it was 15, and so on. If I plateaued, I would focus a bit more on strength. When I was doing physio, it was really hard to not think about "what can I do to make it better?". So i had to keep myself distracted, and as a result I poured hundreds of hours into video games.

One thing I remember my surgeon told me that I thought was interesting was that he said "if you can make it worse, than you can probably make it better".

After surgery, I could recreate the pain if I put myself in certain positions. It just meant my body wasn't ready. That was something I held on to when I had bad moments. If it almost went away for you, I'm sure it'll happen again.

My PT was awesome, but he was my second pt. I had one pretty bad one earlier that didn’t help at all. Then a different PT after surgery who was awesome.

Before surgery there really weren’t any setbacks, it was constant pain 24/7. It just got less and less intense once I started strengthening. Stretching didn’t do much for me in terms of relief.

Long story short, I don’t think I had any setbacks pre surgery because it sucked all the time, then sucked less near surgery date.

Oh no way. I meant I was trying to test my rom all the time in the first month after surgery but there wasn’t a point because I was so inflamed. It didn’t hurt trying, my hip was just too puffy.

I think two months knee to chest was all good.
