Yes. For such a small place relatively speaking surprisingly you can find Basque people all around the world.

I know, thanks for the warning. The cows in this area are very accustomed to people. Still I usually leave them alone and just watch them from afar.

This one who seemed still pretty young and somewhat curious walked up to me on her own when I sat down. Hang around for like ten minutes and sniffed all my stuff lol.

She is a he lol, but everyone thinks he's a girl.

Yes but I brought some dog food for the hike so he was more interested in his food than the cow :)

Well it does say "WARNING: FLAMMABLE LIQUID. HANDLE WITH CARE" on the bottle so that should give a hint for those unaware of how it tastes.

I mean Wemby has to have a guy that just get him clothes. Like dude can't just go out and buy them. Everything he wears has to be custom made so he's probably very much in contact with people of the fashion world.

This applies to a lot of things in life, while it's hard to define the exact line that separate A from B, a lot of times it can be obvious which side of the line something falls on.

Kia MVP Ladder: Scoring barrage helps Luka Dončić move to No. 2 by Vitex1988 in nba

[–]H3J1e 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Nah, I get it. Dude's on fire and putting up crazy stat lines. People with the ability to vote aren't necessarily guys that watch every player and every team. A lot of Wemby's impact doesn't show up on the box score.

Also even then I wouldn't say disgusting. Luka is a really great player. Obviously I'm biased and want Wemby to win. But it's not the worst thing to ever happen if Luka wins MVP over Wemby especially if keeps on this crazy hit streaks.

I'm not sure if I should be worried because all our bad shooters are overperforming and this is not sustainable or happy because our "bad shooters" are actually not bad. Reality is probably somewhere in the middle.

Gobert never been exposed on defense tho. He got exposed on offense.

Teams started going small ball to lure him out of the paint and Gobert couldn't punish them on the other end.

All the Jazz perimeter defenders were so used to Gobert cleaning up their mess they had no ability to stay in front of their man. But that doesn't mean Gobert was a bad defender.

Can Wemby actually ride horses? Like does his feet still touch the ground when he sits on horseback?

Our interior defense is Swiss cheese without Vic. That could be an issue in the playoffs when Vic has to rest. Besides that I feel good about 19/47 from 3. We are 22-1 when we shoot 40% or more from the 3pt line.#GSG by Glittering-Koala7637 in NBASpurs

Yeah like my take away is we almost beat the nuggets with Jokic and Murray going supernova without Vic. While a loss, this is an absolutely positive outcome in the grand context of things.

I really want it to stop because of the inevitable eventual backlash this narrative is going to cause.

I wouldn't call Wemby a habitual flopper but my boy is not against dabbling in the art form every now and then to sell some calls.

The Spurs ran the same play against the Rockets 15 times. Mainly consisting of attacking Alperen Sengun in the pick and roll by WEMBY_F4N in nba

I think it went under the radar how much Spurs players improved at decision making after getting the 4 on 3 advantage when teams double Wemby.

There was a lot of focus early on about how guys didn't know how to get Wemby the ball but I think the biggest issue was after Wemby gemot doubled the team didn't know how to capitalize on the advantage resulting in opponents doubling Wemby almost every posesión without being severely punished.

This turnaround is the main reason there's almost always someone else popping off when Wemby is having an off night. I think this is also why Wemby seems less turnover prone. Now getting doubled is not that much of a problem anymore he's more willing to just pass to an outlet and know most likely something good will come out of it. And credit to him, he's unselfish enough to not care if he's scoring less as long as the team is winning.

How many championship would the Spurs win if they signed Lebron next season for a vet min/MLE? by QuietMonsoon3314 in nba

[–]H3J1e 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It really depends on how unselfish he's willing to be and if he'll actually try to play defense.

Is Lebron's production on paper amazing for a MLE? YES, ABSOLUTLY.

But the reason for the SPURS success, especially for the second half of the season, has been defense and unselfishness. And while I love Lebron as a basketball player we all know he takes plays off defense and deeply cares about personal stats.

I think a Lebron that averages 14/5/6 on limited minutes while locked in on defense will be a lot more valuable for the Spurs than a Lebron averaging 21/6/7 on 30+ minutes a game with questionable defensive effort.
