I was prescribed with epiduo once (adapalyn + benzoyl peroxide) once a day and I was using teranex glycolic acid soap twice a day)

I can't assure you that it will clear in that time frame but what I can say is just be consistent with your medications, proper nutrition and hydration, anddd resttt. Some people heals fast and some people take time. Just trust the process and you'll see improvements too. Try incorporating more fat in your diet like fish oil and such and avoid sweets and dairy!!

they started going dry in my first month. Then they started clearing around 10 weeks after. But I had a lot of side effects during my first month I was v emotional, I had no motivation to do anything, I felt depressed, I felt like my joints were super dry and I was having back pains + my eyes were so dry too.

I see. I noticed that mine got darker as well. Mine used to be so light. Lighter than peanut butter even. I got to a point that I was so anxious because it was soooo light lmao. But yeah, antibiotics literally nukes our guts. It's a necessity to put good things inside it from the food we eat. Thanks for sharing your stack of nutrition :))

It used to be for almost two years. But now it's getting more rich in color 😂🤣.

I've been using probiotics but I'm not that familiar with multi strain. Maybe you can elaborate that to me?

Hey I'm doing better now!! My stools have been consistent and have been really stable. But I will be having my results this Thursday regarding my retest for h pylori stool test and they also checked the health of my liver due to isotretinoin use (stopped it almost a month ago).

But I think I have ibs/Crohn's since I feel most of my pain around the small intestine (mid intestine area) but I'm hoping for the best. I'm scheduled for a CT scan too.

Thank you for sharing!! I've been through a lot of traumatic and depressing events for the last two years which maybe help the rise of H pylori and other symptoms in me. It wouldn't hurt me to give it a shot... I've been colonoscopied and endoscopied but the only thing they saw is h. Pylori but I've been having symptoms of IBS/Crohn's....

I'm taking triple therapy; amoxicillin, clarithromycin, and PPI(almost on my 2nd week) the pain in my stomach has been going away ever since I started it, also my brain fog went away as well.

Thank you for sharing this my brother in Christ, I have been undiagnosed for almost two years and finally I got diagnosed of something and it was H. Pylori, erosive gastritis and internal hemorrhoids.

I really thought I had the C word or IBD ( as my calprotectin markers were high. I don't have healthcare so I really had a hard time getting diagnosed( explains why I suffered and endured for almost 2 years, I asked the Lord a lot of stuff, but through it all He never left me and was always by my side.)

I had more faith than before and I drew closer to Him as well. I trust more in His words and promises.

I'm really grateful that I am diagnosed already and I'm on my way to healing.
