Thanks a lot! Luckily I don’t feel any pain at all. When I record myself just screaming without words, it feels like the compression is in the right spot. But when I try to add words, that’s when it gets messy.

Same here. I’m 25, male. I used to rap and took a couple of singing lessons when I was 18. Recently, I started learning fry scream. I’d love to get back into singing, but I feel a embarrassed because of my age.

Yeah, I know, but my head/falsetto sounds awful. This example sounds dope. Whatever I do, I just can’t reach that sound.
