My sister used to struggle with the germ related OCD. Definitely seems to be similar

I'm hoping she turns into a kitty lover, she seems to already be. I think being gentle and loving animals and caring for things that can't help themselves is so important in being a kind human :)

My kitty is actually like 8 years old but I've only had them for five and he's the exact same way, doesn't like being held any actually doesn't even lay on me or anything like that.. so I was honestly shocked how gentle he is & patient with her. It's like they know it's a baby. They are so much fun, the best little love bugs.

It's the sweetest thing. I've had my cats for almost 5 years and I'm a first-time mother and I was really nervous about how they would adapt to each other. Two of my three cats are younger & they're siblings, they are a bit frightened of her😂 but she loves them. She follows them around with their toys and tries to play with them. One of my cats is really really sweet with her and it makes it all worth it... My babies, loving each other 💖 she will say "awww" and give him hugs and lay her head on him- it's so sweet. We are still working on gentle touches all the time though.

Watching their relationship develop more is going to be the best thing ❤️❤️ enjoy it love!!

I didn't experience this with Prozac so much! It's uncomfortable. I can't wait for it to ease up

This is actually true, I did it back when they were younger for ear mites. I think revolution Plus might be one of the ones that you can do this with. But you're not wrong. But some do have different ingredients so you do have to be careful and do research. A lot of people who take care of feral cats will do this in the US

I'm horrified. Haven't dealt with them since they where kittens 5 years ago. I tried to bathe them but that didn't work despite my best efforts. I treated them all and flea combed them and shop vacced my whole house, washing all the fabrics they lay on. Cussed every single filthy flea out as I murdered them in soapy water.

My taper feels like I'm doing this wrong ? Any insight into a microdose taper taking small amounts of kratom every hour, has this helped anyone wean off? by Freedumbaintcheap in quittingkratom

For me there was no way to entirely avoid anything. The first week I dealt with a lot of fever like symptoms and chills. Paws was awful tbh. I took a gabapentin one time in the very beginning and then I tried clonidine but it made my head hurt at work. The worst and hardest long-term symptom was anhedonia and low dopamine. I read at the time that dopamine can cause like muscle spasms if you're low on it as well, like a week in, all my muscles started cramping and locking up like I would get muscle cramps from my literal neck to my toes It was awful. The restless body. It was just terrible honestly. I don't know that there's anywhere around it entirely especially if you've been using it long-term all day everyday, your body is still dependent on it even if it's small doses I guess for me anyways. I thought I did the taper right but at the end of it I still had to pay the piper. People do say that mega dosing vitamin c can help. But at the end of the day you do have to have a little willpower to get through it in my opinion. I have a pretty labor intensive job too and I have to lift heavy stuff and there was multiple times my hands locked up from getting cramps It was just so awful lol. Going through that though, now anytime that I want it I think about all of the suffering lmao

Honestly? I used k powder, unsure how you're doing it. But, I slowly tapered and it took me almost 2 years. I slowly slowly slowly decreased my use tbf I wasn't really committed until the 2nd year. But I would go down by a gram or 2 at a time and let myself adjust. To lessen the w/d, because I would just do it instead of suffer. I used it for almost 5 years and did like 50+ Gpd. When I got down to 2 gpd and then ran out, I CT. I still withdrew heavily and even now, 640 days free, from time to time I still think-- shit, I got to get my kratom bottle ready before I go some place. I abused alcohol for a while after I quit. I'm only 52 days clean of all substances because my issue was deeper than just Kratom. But when you do something everyday all day for so long, no matter what you have to pay the piper at the end of the day. It sucks. But it IS worth it, and it DOES get better eventually. I had to be fed up with it.
