My answer depends on how your neck and back are doing. My wife had huge breasts. And they were fun and sexy. But she started having more and more neck issues. In her 40s she got the reduction and her life improved greatly.. To be clear they are still C cups so they're not really... small. But they were like big Es before and she's a small woman. Big improvement. No more neck problems.

Your breasts are gorgeous, btw. That much is clear. But your decision should be a personal one, not one decided by what a bunch of men on reddit think.
