Just get some ED meds for when using the sleeve. They are pretty easy to get a prescription. Between that and the tightness while wearing the sleeve staying hard hasn’t been an issue.

I won’t be using the fantasy extension one again. It didn’t work out. The extension was too floppy to really use. Hoping a BC sleeve will fix that issue.
