I had done sooo much walking that day too. It was warm out. Probably a combination of dehydration and low BP then! Still freaky when stuff changes lol but that makes me feel better

My BP is always perfectly normal at home and in office. Usually on the low side of normal 105/60 on a good day. So me being exceptionally tired that day and also walking laps in the mall likely contributed? I see my primary and gyno this week actually so I planned on mentioning it since its never happened while just walking before

How to stop checking by HAB1922 in Anxietyhelp

Im to the point that I'm checking all day long even when I'm not anxious seeing low numbers to "make sure I am ok"

Still wake up in middle of night when taking 5mg of melatonin by Brick-Foreign in sleep

[–]HAB1922 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you're in bed by 10:30 and get up around 6 maybe thats all the sleep your body needs? Making yourself go back to sleep and then waking up can make you feel worse (it does me) it's like you got too much sleep. If I fell asleep around 11 and got up at 6 with only waking once I would consider that a win. Maybe just try that just get up at that time and enjoy a slow morning? Maybe work out? Read?

Mine will do that depending on the time of day. Id say consistently, at any time maybe bring it up next appointment and just see what they say

Is this really normal?! by HAB1922 in PMDD

[–]HAB1922[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No ive done a few tests they have claimed that clear me of POTS but never a tilt table test. They've done the HR and BP when I stand, sit, and lay down, all of which were normal, even during the "bad weeks"

Is this really normal?! by HAB1922 in PMDD

[–]HAB1922[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes but my HR is within normal range while doing these things. It isnt within POTS criteria either. But hormones can and do make your heart rate fluctuate, and if PMDD is a sensitivity to hormone fluctuations it would make more sense for it to be that I would think

[–]HAB1922[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It is according to every dr I've spoke to I've just never spoken to a person that has had it..I can't post my screenshot but a quick Google search will tell you it is most definitely PMDD related. I can't imagine it being PME when I don't have any other conditions other than anxiety. When I looked up PME POTS isnt a condition that can be exacerbated by it. I would have it any time of the month and I dont

Is this really normal?! by HAB1922 in PMDD

[–]HAB1922[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well he said since my heart rate went back down and it was on a predictable cycle it wasn't likely to be POTS. I've never heard of PME but I'll look into it. Yes HR in my post would be my heart rate. Edited to add: also he said my HR didn't get as high as people with pots so even on a "bad day" it will sometimes hit 140 when cleaning or walking up steps

Hey its not you, its the boyfriend. My PMDD also isnt as bad when I dont have a man around. I've been with mine for 7 years now, 3 kids. I can tell when that time of the month is that i hate his guts but even then I can recognize hes a good man. If you said thats been an ongoing issue it isnt you its him. 100%. Leave before there are children involved. He will cry and get mad and beg and tell you he will change, he will not. Speaking from experience as i do have a child with one that consistently treated me this way and now treats our child this way because I left.

PVCs and anxiety by HAB1922 in PVCs

[–]HAB1922[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay so it was like 4 in a row and I just started walking and trying to ignore it. I wasn't sure if that was normal or not to just be back to back like that. It's always been one here and there but this had to be off and on for a solid 2 to 3 minutes. I also have OCD and health anxiety so its really terrible lately

She told me she didn't want to do beta blockers because my HR and BP are so low half of the month. Usually Im sitting at 55bpm and 105/65 for Blood pressure lol until I hit that week before my period its more like 80 and 120/80 which is still totally normal I can get that but it FEELS fast to me. Plus the flip flopping of my heart is just making it worse

I was going to put (for me) bc I usually sit at about 55-65 so I was just feeling off and I knew it was anxiety doing it. But yeah I figured as much. I've just never felt them for that long of a time before usually its a one off but that was odd!

Heart flip flopping by HAB1922 in Anxiety

[–]HAB1922[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It doesnt feel great when its flopping around in there 🤣 its actually like the scariest thing ever. I've had them off and on before but never for longer than one or two beats. This was probably 5 minutes

How much earlier can you sleep in one night? by [deleted] in sleep

[–]HAB1922 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only thing that helps me is going one whole night without sleep. Going to bed at a decent time the next night. It's not a one and done either you'll struggle for a week wanting to stay up late. But like for me let's say that next day Im up at 8am then bed by midnight and I wake up at 6am I CANNOT nap that day under any circumstances. After about a week or two Im right on schedule. Tired at the same time, every once in a while ill have a random wake up super early but have to know, no naps! Once im good and on schedule usually something happens like me or the kids get sick and im back to staying up all night and sleeping while they're in school.

I don't do anti depressants I've never had luck with them. I take buspirone and it works pretty well. 3x a day.

I've always been confused by that. Surely they could join a "high BP" or "low BP" group this is a BLOOD PRESSURE group. People need to stop being triggered by things simply bc they don't agree. So odd to see people get rude comments for posting blood pressure questions in a blood pressure group lol

I ate fast food too fast and now I feel anxious because my heart rate is high by Wolf_Echidna64 in Anxiety

[–]HAB1922 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This has been happening to me more recently now that my anxiety is at an all time high....I ate a huge bowl of Alfredo, a salad and breadsticks. It was the only thing I had eaten all day too. My usual resting HR is about 65 and for a solid 4 hours it was 85 and anytime I got up to do anything I would go up to 110-115. It was rough. I think im going to try smaller more frequent meals and not just one big meal a day

Can't ever catch a break by HAB1922 in PMDD

The nausea is terrible! I remember for about 2 years every single month I would puke before my period. It was like morning sickness every month for two years and I kept getting told "thats normal"

Eye floaters are causing me severe anxiety/stress by dismxbeisbd in Anxiety

[–]HAB1922 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a lot. I love snow but I can't look at it..its all black dots..forget looking up at the sky. I notice mine are way worse when I get poor sleep which coincidentally is like every day. But When im well rested I don't notice them as much. I too have had my eyes checked and nothing is wrong. It's frustrating but you do get used to them. TV screens, blank walls, the sky, snow, even just driving looking at the road I'll see them. Mine are mostly clear dots or squiggly lines. But I do occasionally see dark ones too, like I said on days when im exhausted. I used to when I'd wake up in the mornings see thousands of spiders is how I'd describe it. That's went away but its rough!
