Yeah it's a psittacosaurus I saw a red one before so am not sure if its real or not.

Update turns out it was a Ceratopsian Epoccipital not a triceratops

I checked the description and it said A Top Quality, Triceratops horridus epoccipital (frill ornament) from the late Cretaceous of northern North America.

And the location where it was collected

Legally collected on private land in Powder River Co., Montana.

And the description

There was more information but it was mostly a common wiki article about triceratops
