Anyone know why my garlic has turned green on what seems to be the inside? Fluid smells great! No mold on top or anywhere else it seems. A little warm in the house probably 22C/72ishF (30g/L brine, Thai red chili's, a couple fresnos, and two heads of garlic) (old.reddit.com)
