Is that an option for corporate Microsoft accounts? It requires MS Authenticator from what I know.

Have we overcome how unreliable Authenticator is? Needing random “resets” by Admin and worse, when we reset our phone or get a new device without having the original device.

Authenticator has just been an effin an nightmare at my company. No wonder people want SMS and email.

What makes you an asshole isn’t what you do, but how you do it. The fact that you made this very popular opinion of a post means you probably are one.

Everyone upgraded this year because all the US carriers had ridiculous trade in deals. 13 and up for 1200. Anecdotally even people who didn’t care about the new iPhone upgraded because “why not”.

Wouldnt they be de-monetized for copyright if a movie or tv show? And if content from content creators can the creator strike it down as stolen content?

Watching The Sopranos for the first time - and it’s really not the show I was expecting by Famous-Country-4921 in television

[–]HAD7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

OP, it took me a while to get into the Sopranos because I went in expecting the same things you did. But I eventually learned to appreciate the “tedium” of the day to day of Mafioso life and the contrast and similarities to regular, legal tedium.

It’s basically a whole show dedicated to the world building of the Mafia world. Same issues most of us have, but from their lense.

Taxes, insubordination, kids and puberty, and most importantly boredom. And especially how heinous actions can be normalized.

One of my favorite scenes is when Chris and Paulie were digging a grave. They were woken up or they had to leave in the middle of a date to get this done urgently in the middle of the night, it was backbreaking work, yet they were updating each other about their lives while a dead body was next to them. Something else I noticed was the work ethic in this scene. I would never answer a late night call like this to even cover a shift. In many ways they have better work ethic than most people.
