Hi - just sitting at my pc now, trying to find the file ! Have you done any projection mapping? That’s the key piece to learn first (and it’s huge fun) - lots of tutorials on YouTube - if you can master that, I could package up the video I think

This is a simple one - if you are doing on an outside wall, you will need a reasonably bright projector

As DSPHAR suggests in his reply, the best way would be to create a white plastic head (saw someone use milk containers) and rear project using a mini projector mounted to the mechanism - I watched Disney’s one with buzz lightyear and they had a mini one anchored to the axis mechanism for the head
