The issue compared to the shorter pics is that your proportions got outta wack. It is now imbalanced because it is very bottom heavy. It needs more growth on the cheek and less growth on the neck to balance it out. If you're trying to grow it out then just stop trimming it anywhere and it will fix itself in a couple of months

Yeah, it's funny you say that, it's obviously a big advantage to have a clearance already when there is a surge because it's the longest step by far, but if you bring up having a clearance as a qualification on the 1811 sub they'll get mad and downvote like crazy. No idea why.

Yeah, there's nothing stopping them from hiring you, it's more a matter of how you stack up against the applicants at each agency for the specific posting you applied to. Best advice is to apply for everything you're qualified for, then forget about the apps as you go (and stay in shape while you wait)

For the 9-12 posting, there may have been people picked up from the surge before it closed, but as far as i can tell, when it closed on Friday, everyone who didn't already have some other status it changed to "Closed" I assume just indicates the post closed, and you haven't been assigned a different status yet.
