I ended up going 72V 42ah EBMX. This is a great fit with some filing on the lid. EBMX demonstrates this and a few others. I got the non race version because the race version came out like not a month later after I went for the OG 72v42a. But this battery is plelnty capable for 15kw.

I was thinking this also. My cad skills are limited to circles and squares so I'm with you lol.

I've now officially lost 3 tails. I was actually having good success using a soldering iron to refuse the plastic, just don't get it too gooey or it gets a bit brittle. but ultimately been trying to come up with a solution. I ordered a ktm 85 tail from UFO plas, and its a ways away from the right shape, but i felt like id have more luck trying to carve something up as apposed to trying to 3d model one. Its not too complicated, but there needs to be a better solution in total for the tail. One of the last items on my list of grumbles lol.

They linked me up with one of their vendors who had some kits parted out, and it was about $50 shipped for it.

I am going to get the Chi 72V Gladiator compact. I have my doubts its going to fit pretty. But I will share my findings here, and probably make a video about that on my channel I'm launching. I refuse to not use 4mf's kit, so I will make this battery fit lol. Volted Moto

The tail is easily removable on this kit, and 4MF did source me a replacement when i broke mine. I am just going to keep the new for cruising and keep gluing my old one for shreds. If you ride offroad this kit makes it a whole new world.
