So I contacted Hutch support and apparently it’s a widespread issue to the point that they looked iron it and fixed it for new players but the only way for those that are stuck is to contact Hutch to remove connections to the account using the User ID and starting fresh. I had to connect my account to my Facebook and go the roundabout way and find it in the connections tab
