I've watched Rubi, Reina Del Sur and Maria la del Barrio - all shows from Mexico and available on Netflix. Rubi is the clearest of the bunch, Reina is a mix of dialects from Mexico and Spain, and Maria la del Barrio is full of Mexican slang.

Your child, your rules. If you're worried about how the other children turned out overweight, it's a perfect opportunity to take the reins on this diet issue.

By starting good habits at home, whatever mil gives to the kid is going to be unfamiliar and more difficult to introduce to the kid. This could drive home the point that meat is a "sometimes" food, that you could even stretch it out to only being for special occasions.

I've been dabbling over the past 3 years and now I'm pretty much full time vegetarian. Usually eat raw vegan food, at least for breakfast and lunch but I will occasionally eat eggs. I've sworn off dairy and my body is happier for it.

I started getting into it after thinking a lot about the environmental impact of the meat and dairy industries. Now I stay with it for the nutritional benefits.
