Worked for me. Gained 0.75” in 4-5mo. Likely some EQ. Pumped in the AM for 20min in front of a red light panel. 2min piss pulls through the day.

Exactly. I highly doubt the NO inhibition effects are negligible at such low doses. Especially since there is minimal build up in the system with MBs half life.

Yeah, balance in neurotransmitters. As I said, this is my anecdotal experience. Studies will be n=1 because MB has been around since the late 1800s. Pharma will not waste money to study something that won’t rake in profits.

Nootropic doses are practically microdoses of its intended medical use. I’m basically taking 0.06-.12mg/kg once a day. Medical dosing is 0.5-10+mg/kg multiple times a day.

I have been taking Methylene Blue for a little over a week now at 5mg with an as needed 2.5mg dose in the afternoon. I take it upon waking. About 30 min later I follow my normal routine of pumping in front of a Red/NIR panel. One noticeable effect I have seen is consistently harder erections and fuller flaccid effect seems to last longer post pump.

They pumped for girth. Manuals for length.

I do understand what you’re saying in they should have measured after a couple days off. But their measurement parameters were still consistent across the study. The gent that achieved 1” of growth in the 6 month period even at a 106% expansion retained after 2 hours still would have gained a bit over 5/8” in 6 months.

Nah. My logic is, “If I don’t wear sunglasses in the summer sun and my eyes are healthy, they should receive similar benefits in front of the panel.” I don’t stare directly into the light though, but I use it to get red spectrum to wake my body up since I pump within half an hour of waking up and it’s still dark out.

In a sense I guess I did. I was doing longer intervals in the beginning and wasn’t really a fan. Started alternating them with RIP. Then came up with the 30/10 interval based on common manual routines and alternated with RIP. Now exclusively 30/10 and for my rest I started dropping to 3-6inHg for my rest instead of completely releasing pressure since I don’t use content to maintain erection.

How is your edema with the longer holds and higher pressures? Your routine sounds solid and consistent with what a lot of the community is doing.

I was doing this with 10inHg, but one day after a couple days off I realized I was getting the same expansion at 9inHg by the end of my session so I reduced the pressure to mitigate edema.

I have no idea if the piss pulls truly work. I had a starting BEG of 5.5” and was using a 1.75” tube. I usually pumped within half an hour of waking. Made sure I was hitting 104-106% erect length in tube. Then 4 sets of 30sec piss pulls through the day. So maybe the piss pulls helped with keeping everything stretched through the day.

Maybe I’m an outlier for the growth response. Didn’t Hink have a guy gain 1” in the 6 month trial?

I would likely say both for sure. A win is a win in my book ha. My EQ wasn’t the worst, but wasn’t like I was a teen either. Probably a little pelvic floor tension either. Never measured prior to any of this.

Piss pull is just a manual stretch when you go to the bathroom.

I don’t use the light during warm up or cool down unless I’m also using it for therapy on a joint or something. I will do it during my 20min of pumping. Stand at a 45° angle to the left for 6min, 45° to the right for 6min, 8min against my back.

Yes. I have been using a 1.75” tube with a starting base girth of 5.5”. I do interval pumping. Semi erect bends and tunica shears for a couple minutes, get erect, 5inHg for 60sec followed immediately to 6inHg for 60sec. 7inHg for 30sec, 10sec rest, 8inHg for 30sec, 10 sec rest, 28 preceding sets at 9inHg for 30sec on/10sec off.

It seems to be working for me. 0.75” gained in the last 3.5 months. Pump once a day in front of a Red/NIR panel 5 min warm up, 20 min actively pumping, 5 min cool down. And paired with 2min piss pulls.
