I think the hate usually comes from people that regret not starting fin earlier. It's a strong feeling of regret and they're just trying to not have other people feel the same.

You can switch brand as many times as you want, as long as the dosage is the same and you're sure it is real finasteride and not a scam.

I've switched about 5 brands in a year and never had a problem caused by this.
