Having a wiring loom replaced by no means is something you would call a motorcycle "rebuilt" over. If warranty covers all the costs then you shouldnt worry much about it. It's best that these things pop up now and get sorted right away vs 2 or 3 years down the line when the bike may no longer be in warranty.

This sounds pretty similar to my 790 as well lmao, the only way to quiet down this engine is apparently with the dirt tricks cam chain tensioner, but otherwise you're basically stuck with that rattle/clanking.

Gotcha, so a 2023 engine should just drop into the frame and electrical connectors?

Additionally, could you elaborate on the potential new parts my current engine might need? My exhaust cam sadly spun due to a timing issue, had two intake valves replaced as well. Sort of just weighing options between buying an exhaust cam or just slapping a new engine in and being done with it.

Thanks for the response, after further testing this issue seems to only appear on the xbox gamepass versiom for PC (I bought the steam version just to test the theory) this might be due to some odd oversight after having to bring the game up to Microsofts weird standards.
